  • All training courses must be paid in full or via a deposit prior to attendance.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and secure your space on the course.

  • All students must be over 16 years old to enrol in any training.

3. Payments

  • All payments are non-refundable. This applies to both deposits and full course payments.

  • Full payment is required to access any course content, kits, or certification.

  • By making a payment, you confirm you understand and accept our no-refund policy.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Please ensure you are available for your course date before booking.

  • In the rare event that we cancel a course, you will be offered a new date or a credit note.

5. Certificates & Accreditation

  • Certificates are issued upon successful completion of both theory and practical assessments.

  • All training courses are ABT accredited and insurable upon completion.

6. Online Courses

  • Digital course access is granted after payment and is non-refundable.

  • Materials must not be copied, shared, or used for resale.

  • Students must complete all required quizzes and case studies to receive certification.

7. Liability

  • S Johnston Training Academy is not liable for misuse of techniques or tools taught in training.

  • Students are responsible for obtaining insurance before treating clients.

8. Privacy & Data

  • We protect your personal information and only use it for training administration purposes.

  • Your data will never be shared with third parties without consent.
